The Summer season runs through the last week in June until the last week in September. Last year’s Perennials are blooming, the weather is becoming increasingly warmer, we are planting annuals such as Petunia’s, Vinca, Begonias and Marigolds. We are also planting our Vegetable and Herb gardens, we are excited to get our hands in the dirt and enjoy the rebirth of our long hibernating plants. Patio Pots and Hanging Baskets greet us each day as we step outside. Each plant has its own likings, plant accordingly, research which plants like shade and which ones like full sun, also consider which plants do well in dry area’s, drainage is also important to the success of your garden’s end results.

As the sun declines and the Summer colors fall behind we are welcomed by wonderful Autumn foliage, the tree’s change as do our gardening needs. This is when we “freshen up” by planting bright cold tolerant Pansies, beautiful Ornamental Cabbage and Kale and the always outstanding Chrysanthemum
